Accounts marked “flow-connected to” an activation tree are those the CULT and OBEY token flow reaches from it at its widest flow threshold, 10 CULT paid in total one way; the token-flow article sets out how it is followed, and the groups at every other threshold. Accounts flow-connected to both activation trees: 17 at 10 CULT, 0 at 30 CULT, 0 at 50 CULT. Being flow-connected does not make an account the activation tree's.

74 accounts hold 10 CULT or more, pools left out; 19 of them are activation tree accounts. This article looks at the other 55: where the CULT and OBEY token flow places each one, what it paid to and received from each activation tree, the family of accounts it was created in, and every link the ledger records between it and the activation trees or the token flow. The token-flow article sets out how the token flow is followed. None of this says who holds an account.

What each holder moved with each activation tree

Every payment of any size between each holder and each activation tree's accounts, in CULT, OBEY and XRP; and how much of what the holder holds now had passed through each activation tree, or through flow-connected accounts only, on its way, traced first in, first out.

Every link, one by one

Table 6. Every recorded link between those holders and the activation tree or flow-connected accounts: creations, flow payments, destination tags paid by ten accounts or fewer, and unusual shared behaviour.

A creation or a payment is a direct record between two accounts. A shared destination tag means both paid into the same account at that receiver. Acting alike is measured against how often unconnected accounts do the same thing. None of these shows who controls an account.
